Lawyer – Civil Litigation

Lexcel accredited firm in Essex seeks a Civil Litigation Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

We are now actively seeking a dynamic solicitor or legal executive to join our client''s dispute resolution department based in Braintree. Working alongside experts in this field, the successful solicitor will manage a complex caseload covering a range of civil litigation matters.

Responsibilities

Commercial and residential landlord and tenant
Breach of contract
Breach of warranty
Misrepresentation
Partnership disputes
Contentious probate
Professional negligence
Employment law

The Candidate

Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of three years'' PQE
Experience in civil litigation is essential
Excellent communication and client care skills
Highly organised with the ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines
Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
