Family Solicitor

Our client is a modern niche multi-law service firm based in modern offices with space for them to continue to grow and develop their talented teams.

As a result of their growth there is an additional person needed on their busy Family Team.

You will have a real passion for Family Law and a desire to progress and develop your career.

Initially working from home then the option to work part of the week from home and get a true balance between work and home life whilst developing your career - or you can be office based - the choice is yours. It''s not where you work but how you work that counts here.

You will have the knowledge and empathy that this role demands - professionalism with warmth is required here handling cases from inception to conclusion.

Your varied caseload will cover Divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, ancillary relief and private children matters, property disputes and more.

You will want a real career path and be looking to progress to a management role - and will be supported and developed to make this a reality.

You will be a natural with tact, diplomacy, an eye for detail and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. With also excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy skills.

And able to organise and prioritise your workload especially under pressure

Having a proven track record in adhering to deadlines and exceeding targets, as well as holding high standards of efficiency and time management.

Able to identify opportunities for improvement and made constructive suggestions for change
