Location: Sheffield
Salary: £20,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

CRA Legal are recruiting for a well-known law firm with a strong local reputation. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced professional to join their Operations Team.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Assist in the implementation of improvement of the operational systems, processes and policies in line with the company''s objectives.
* Assist with the development of the management information and development and delivery of MI reports
* Provide staff performance data to enable the Operations Manager to measure productivity, SLA, KPI, referrer and supplier performance and goal achievement by way of MI reports
* Assist the Group Head of Operations in developing MI reports with IT department
* Ensure all systems and procedures are fully documented to fully assist within compliance, quality and training.
* Assist with the relationship management of Introducers
* Arrange training sessions as necessary to maximise productivity and profitability.
* Review and respond to online reviews / update social media as required (to include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Trustpilot - this is not an exclusive list)
* Assist with the co-ordination of the telephone systems.
* To carry out any other administrative or management tasks (with appropriate delegated authority) as required by the Group Head of Operations or management team as required within the business generally

Desirable Attributes:

* Previous experience as an administrator, data analyst, office support assistant is preferable
* Strong attention to detail
* Proactive and forward-thinking
