Contract: Full Time, Permanent

CRA Legal are representing a specialist debt management business who are based in Sheffield. The locally recognised business are looking to expand their legal division by bringing in an experienced Debt Recovery Assistant to support with escalated debt caseload.

Role & Responsibilities:
Providing clients legal advice in relation to aged or escalated debt
Working with the litigators dealing with complex small, fast and multi-track cases from beginning to completion
Dealing with appeals, drafting contested pleadings and replying to the defence
Required Attributes:
It is crucial that you have a good understanding of Debt Recovery
You will have experience handling defendant small claims
