As part of the continued ongoing investment, they are looking to further strengthen their conveyancing team appointment by recruiting a Conveyancing Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer.

The Opportunity
Home-based conveyancing role on a PAYE or consultancy basis, working mainly residential with some commercial property our client is highly flexible. Ultimately they are looking to appoint the very best. As a residential conveyance, you will be responsible for all the legal matters, finance, queries involved in a property transaction. If you''re a motivated and ambitious individual who has the drive and commitment, want to join a rapidly growing company with a fabulous career path, this role could be the one for you.

The Candidate.

* Qualified conveyancing solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer

* A good communicator with colleagues and clients

* 3 to 5 years PQE

* Able and disciplined to work remotely.

* Fully understanding of Residential conveyancing

* Ability to work to deadlines.

* Structured work and able to manage a varied caseload.

* Ambitious and forward-thinking

* A stable career history
