Following ongoing successes within the firm, my client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join vibrant and thriving conveyancing team in Ashford.

The firm has maintained a leading presence in the Kent market for over 100 years, with multiple offices offering the highest levels of service and quality to often repeat, longstanding clients.

You will have a strong background in Sales and Purchases of Leasehold and Freehold property, whilst also having experience in Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Builds and Shared Ownership.

You must be an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner (either Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEx, Licensed Conveyancer or experience Paralegal) with at least 2yrs experience in handling your own caseload gained in a similar CQS accredited multi-service firm.
