A well established firm are investing in the growth of their Family department in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Family Solicitor at Associate level to join a hugely successful law firm and take the business along with their career to the next level.

You must have excellent technical ability and experience of handling a broad range of family and matrimonial cases. Realistically you should have a minimum of 1-3 years PQE as a Family Solicitor as you will be expected to manage your own caseload, support staff and participate in the Firm''s marketing activities.

The successful Family Solicitor should have the following attributes:-
You must be technically competent, with relevant market experience, be used to dealing with and leading on both day-to-day and high value, complex cases and be a natural team player. In addition, you''ll be pro-active, driven, professional and flexible as well as being friendly and a good team player.

You''ll be tasked with developing a full and varied caseload to cover the full spectrum of private Family Law matters with a focus on high net worth financial cases and private law children cases.
