The firm is looking to bring on a Residential Conveyancer NQ-2 years into their flourishing Kent office. You will trade under a trusted name that has deep roots in the local community. You will have the autonomy to make the role your own, there is lots of work and you will go into a busy and interesting caseload.

Your caseload will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

Requirements

You will be a Residential Conveyancer NQ-2 years PQE
A strong technical knowledge is essential.
Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background, plus a lucrative bonus structure.
