My client is a highly regarded Regional law firm who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team on the outskirts of Manchester/Oldham

The successful candidate will be joining the busy Real Estate team which deals with a wide variety of property matters to include development, transactions and property litigation.

The ideal applicant will be self-motivated, able to organise and co-ordinate well, be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills. You must possess a law degree and due to the nature of the role, experience with the Commercial Property processes and procedures is essential (12 months+)
