Job Description
Our client based in Manchester are seeking an experienced Real Estate Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate will have the following experience;
* To provide an effective, timely and efficient service to the firm''s clients.
* Assisting other secretaries and admin staff as and when needed.
* Communicate with clients of the department in a professional and courteous manner.
* Audio typing using Bighand.
* To produce quality documentation for the Department.
* Dealing with admin duties e.g. archiving, billing opening and closing
* matters.
Experience using the following would be an advantage:
* The Land Registry Portal
* PLC; and
* Searchflow/TM or Search Acumen;
