Application Support / Trainer - Legal Software (Glasgow)
Our client are seeking a very personable candidate with experience in a Legal practice with either cashiering/fee billing software or Case Management systems, some kind of CILEx training would be brilliant. They are a growing firm based in Southern England but with a regional office in Glasgow.
The role will be to provide telephone, email and remote support to users of the systems to talk them through how to perform tasks, you will also be providing basic technical support to guide them through the software, but as the software is accessed through a web browser this is minimal. In addition, you then you will also become involved in some face to face training but this is rarely more than a day a month and only after you are fully up to speed.
You must have good communication skills, a desire to help people, good training and MS Office skills, an understanding of Legal practices and case management software, with extensive accounts knowledge (so background in any kind of cashiering, accounts, ledger, paralegal or legal secretary role to be able to provide that help and understanding of relevant regulations to ensure you give the correct advice re compliance).
SOLAS qualification desirable, as is experience of Legal accounts, knowledge of the SRA authority, experience of using legal software and AAT qualified part 1 and/working towards part 2.

Salary will vary dependant upon experience you bring with you. As well aS as basic salary they offer a 10% bonus split 5% on company performance and 5% personal targets.
Driving licence and own transport will be needed for the occasional customer visits
