Highly regarded firm in the West Midlands seeks a dedicated Family Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilful solicitor to join our client''s thriving family department located in their Edgbaston office. The successful applicant will utilise their skills and expertise to provide competent, clear and concise advice to the firm''s family clients, whilst handling a varied caseload.

Responsibilities

Private law children matters
Divorce
Financial settlements
Separation
Domestic violence
Pre and post nuptial agreements
Cohabitee disputes
Dealing with complex and time-sensitive matters
Taking new instructions
Legal research
Assisting the director
Business development

The Candidate

Solicitors with at least 5 years'' PQE
Experience in family law is essential
Commercially aware
A strong communicator with an empathetic approach
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
