Manufacturing / Process Engineer
£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary
Pension scheme

Early finish on Fridays - 12pm

Manufacturing / Process Engineer Position Overview
You will be responsible for the following:
New product development and implementation including production methods, process flow, machinery and tooling
Preproduction trials, record activities, process details, recommended equipment and specifications
Specify fabrication of equipment used in manufacturing processes: end of arm tooling (EOAT), fixtures, jigs etc.
Manage project schedules as applied to new product launches
Analyse new and current processes for cost reduction activity to implement improvements, recording successes and failures
Coordinate continuous improvement projects and processes with multi-function teams
Manufacturing / Process Engineer Position Requirements
The following points are required:
Manufacturing engineering, process engineering or production engineering background
Detailed knowledge of rubber moulding, rubber manufacturing processes or rubber bonding
Living commutable to Aldershot (Basingstoke, Guildford, Reading, Slough, Epsom, Crawley, Horsham, Haslemere, Alton, Winchester, Whitchurch, Newbury, Farnham, Woking, Farnborough) or in a position to easily relocate.
