My Client is a traditional well-established Law Firm, that has a history going back over 200 years. This pedigree has given them an in depth understanding of business and the economy of the local area, it is this engagement with the local community that sets them apart from Competitors.

The firm has 2 locations set in rural Cambridgeshire and due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has arisen, for a Solicitor with a Family Law background to manage existing caseloads growing and developing that section and becoming a significant contributor to the earnings of the business.

This role offers potential to become a Director within the firm.

The role could suit two types of person:

* An ambitious solicitor with Directorship aspirations.

* A contended solicitor who is good at their job but wants a a role in a business that understands they also want a family life.
