This disruptive start-up within the cosmetics sector are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their lively, high-calibre team. The business is enjoying a period of hyper-growth, so it''s an amazing time to join them as they enter the next phase of their scale up!

They seek someone from a cosmetics background to sit within their Supply Chain & Operations pillar and lead all QA activity. You will be responsible for process & policy, CAPA, audits and legislative activity, working with a multitude of internal stakeholders across Supply Planning, SRM, Technical/NPD, and external groups within Packaging, Manufacturing & industry regulators.

Quality Assurance Manager, key accountabilities:

Lead all QA prevention, investigative and remedial activity across the business

Work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure audits, CAPA, policy & processes are up to date and fully optimal.

Drive continuous improvement within the quality function

Ensure business compliance with industry regulation & legislation

Develop relationships with key external stakeholder groups (manufacturing, packaging, suppliers etc)
