Senior Lawyer – Private Client

Multi-accredited firm in Norfolk seeks a Senior Private Client Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor or legal executive to join one of our client''s thriving offices located in Norfolk. The successful applicant will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, whilst taking over the management of the teams across all three offices.

Responsibilities

Wills
Probate
Trusts
Lasting powers of attorney
Deputyships
Estate administration
Inheritance tax planning
Dealing with elderly and vulnerable clients
Various management duties

The Candidate

Solicitors and legal executives with at least six years'' PQE
Experience in private client law is essential
A strong communicator, able to explain matters in clear, accessible language
Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
