Badenoch & Clark are currently supporting a reputable high street firm with the growth of their Family team.

The successful candidate will be running a busy caseload in the full remit of privately funded family matters such as divorce, cohabitation, ancillary relief and private children matters. You will also be involved in raising the firm''s family law profile and generating new work.

Client contact and maintaining excellent client relationships is key in this role, so great communication skills are a necessity.

This multi-office firm prides itself on the great results it consistently delivers, and you will need to be highly dedicated and passionate about your work.

You will be joining an ambitious, long-established firm that already have 6 offices across Lancashire and Yorkshire. They''re a leading regional practice that offer excellent benefits, an enviable office environment and a strong team of friendly, approachable fee earners. The firm are forward-thinking in terms of strategy, management and application of technology, and are committed to putting back into the local communities.

We would preferably be looking for a candidate 3+ PQE, however we will consider all candidates regardless of PQE level, and either SRA or CILEx qualified. We would also consider applications from experienced fee earners who may not yet be qualified - we would be prepared to assist towards formal qualification.
