Integration Manager

As an organisation we are recruiting for a number of Employability contracts to support the unemployment back to work. This job will play a key role in contributing to the UK''s economic recovery, ''Restart'' which is a cornerstone of the Governments ''Plan for Jobs'' strategy and the existing expansion to the existing Work and Health Programme (WHP_JETS).

The role will be supporting individuals who have been in long- term unemployment or those affected because of the devastating economic impact of Covid-19. We will address the barriers to gaining new employment with tailored support for each individual to achieve and sustain good work, including supported job search, re-training for a different sector and restoring self-confidence for work.

You will provide motivational support to build positive relationships, guide, inspire, challenge, encourage and help individuals obtain sustainable employment.

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Integration Manager. You will play a central role supporting the Senior Integration Manager in ensuring that Seetec Pluss''s Restart provision responds to economic needs through being the conduit for local economic and strategic intelligence. Responsible for engaging with stakeholders including LEPs, Combined Authorities, Local Authorities, DWP Partnership Managers, local training and employment providers and VCSE organisations. Responsible for understanding regional, sub-regional and local economic needs, understanding stakeholders'' priorities and strategic plans.

Within this role the Integration manager will drive service integration and develop innovative solutions, across the full Restart delivery region, with a focus on LEP and local community priorities. Line manages Integration Coordinators and Specialist Support Coordinator. You will work in partnership with Seetec Pluss and Pluss managing a team of Integration Coordinators and Specialist Support Coordinators to drive service integration and develop innovative solutions for our service users and commissioners within the Employability and Health sector. The Integration Team will be responsible for ensuring that all service delivery across the Employability & Health Pillar responds to economic needs by being the conduit for local economic and strategic intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

* Will drive service integration and develop innovative solutions, across the full Restart delivery region, with a focus on LEP and local community priorities.

* Supporting the Integration team, to develop and share an in-depth understanding of regional, sub-regional and local economic needs, understanding stakeholders'' priorities and strategic plans.

* Work in partnership with the team of Skills brokers to support with the development of an Employability & Health skills strategy that maximises opportunities for participants

* Support the Specialist Support Coordinator to develop and grow a comprehensive, live map of local provision and complementary services and develop a Local Specialist Support Directory of specialist providers to support current and new contract delivery and client progression.

* Ensure Integration Coordinator activities are maximising opportunities for collaborative working with mainstream and local community-based services to enhance Restart participants'' success of finding sustainable employment.

* Proactively engage and influence regional and local stakeholders and networks using expert knowledge of Restart and local operations to ensure that operational delivery is responsive to emerging need.
