Private Client Solicitor/Partner sought after for a leading firm based in Surrey!

Our client is a multi-accredited practice and is seeking a Solicitor/Partner to join their Private Wealth team in the Woking area. The successful applicant will manage a caseload of private wealth and inheritance matters, whilst maintaining the firm''s high standards of client care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Working with HNW clients
Developing new business
Maintaining excellent relations with existing clients
Private wealth
Private client related matters
Drafting of wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney
Trust and estate administration
Staff supervision
Marketing of the business and in-house services
The Candidate

Solicitors with minimum of 5 years PQE
Technically strong
Ability to meet deadlines and use own initiative
Able to prioritise workload
Experience in wills, trusts, lasting power of attorney is essential
Excellent communication skills with a good mix of empathy and professionalism
Ability to develop and manage staff effectively
Aptitude for business development is essential
