Account Manager
Overview:Function as an integral member of the Broking team working with VP''s and SVP''s in the placement and development of Open Market and Binding Authority Business.

Responsibilities:
* The analysis of client data to determine appropriate insurance needs of new and renewal clients.
* Work with the Contracts Team to ensure that the final contract of insurance is both clear and accurately reflects the needs of the client.
* Representation of ALWL in front of both clients and insurers.
* Market company''s capabilities -.
* Production of comprehensive underwriting presentations for both new and existing clients.
* Maintain a tidy and comprehensive file throughout the entire transaction.
* Negotiate with insurers during quotation / placement process.
* To be accountable for all aspects of service and support for the client.
* Adherence to Company and departmental procedures.
* Ensure external services are appropriately utilised, for example, contract, actuarial, legal, etc
* Involvement in internal and external processes, including interactions with Claims Team.
* Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings and contact with clients, and ensure needs, issues and requests are resolved satisfactorily.
* Liaise between insurers and clients and ensure information is disseminated to the appropriate channels for action, both internally and to clients.
* Represent ALWL at client meetings, presentations, audits with Insurers, and other events as appropriate
