The role
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Fundraising Officer (FRENCH speaking) to join their dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career, and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. As a Fundraising Officer you will support donors with their queries via incoming calls, email, live chat and Social Media. Assisting them with setting up direct debits, solving any issues and providing them with more info will be part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, you will conduct outbound calls to previous donors to ensure new donations are made. This is a 24x7 operation and although your core hrs will be rotational between 8am-8pm Mon-Sun, it would mean that once in a while you have to do a night shift.

Requirements

The successful Fundraising Officer has:

Fluency in French and English

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Flexible attitude - able to work night shifts when needed

Previous customer service or fundraising experience desired

Salary, Relocation Package and Benefits

The Basic gross salary is £20,384 p/a. Full paid training will be provided.
