Customer Service Advisors x 3 roles
Salary: £20,000k - £22,000k
Role: Full Time Permanent -Monday - Friday - business hours

Found Consultancy is working with an UK leading organisation in Teesside on 3 new Customer Service Advisor roles. You will be responsible for office workflow planning, inbound customer service calls, general administration and supporting with client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team in a new role with a market leading large UK business within a busy office environment.
Responsibilities:-
* Customer Services - inbound calls
* Deal with emergency call outs
* Manage customer bookings
* Keep an accurate record of all customer contacts.
* Communicate in a prompt, polite and clear manner.
* Ensure the customer is always put first, aiming to get it right first time, every time.
* Liaise with all departments across the business, to ensure the timely and professional delivery of services and or products
* Coordinating suppliers for deliveries
* Accurately and efficiently enter customers details onto the internal sales system
* Assisting fellow team members and management as required
Person Specification:-
* A professional approach with excellent written and verbal English language skills
* Ideally sales / customer background
* Proactive and flexible
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
