Job Description
Steel Erectors
Our client is a highly successful steelwork fabricator - based in Northamptonshire - they design, fabricate, and install secondary steelwork including mezzanine floors, extensions, gantries etc. and a wide range of Architectural steelwork such as stairs, hand railing, ladders etc. Due to continued expansion and the addition of extra premises, they now require additional and permanent Steel Erectors.
Role / Candidate Requirements:
* To erect both structural and architectural steelwork as noted above.
* A minimum of 5 years'' experience performing above work.
* Occasional fabrication of small works may be required on site, i.e. fixing of balustrading, stairs etc., and modification work, so fabrication experience, i.e. welding on site, would be advantageous but by no means essential.
* Sites both local to Northampton and some UK wide, so occasional overnight stay may be required.
* CSCS card.
* Full UK driving license essential.
* Good time keeping.
On offer:
* This is a full time, permanent PAYE position.
* Hourly rates - £12.00 to £16.00 per hour dependent upon experience.
* Overtime paid at extra rates.
* 28 days holiday including bank holidays + Annual leave extra days scheme, Auto enrolment Pension and Private Healthcare after 6 months.
