My client is looking for a Building Control Surveyor to join their growing team in Sussex to cover a wide range of buildings and sites. My client is a market leading consultancy who have been established for over 20 years and have an excellent reputation within the market.

My client is looking for a Building Control Surveyor who has over 4 years'' experience and can hit the ground running. They are looking to interview Building Control Surveyors As soon as Possible so APPLY NOW and do not miss out!

Key Duties of a Building Control Surveyor Includes:

Examining plans, drawings, specifications and other documents submitted for approval to make sure they comply with building regulations
Carrying out all relevant inspections on site to ensure compliance with Building Regulations
Providing technical advice and guidance to clients
Issuing approval to start building work and completion certificates
Inspecting and carrying out surveys of potentially dangerous buildingsExperience Required:

Full UK Driving License
Membership of CABE, CIOB, RICS or equivalent
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent Reading and Writing Skills
IT Literate
