Our client is a well established and UKAS accredited cross compliance consultancy, specialising in Asbestos Management and offering a range of services which include Surveying, Air Monitoring, Project Management and Consultancy. Due to an increase in workload across the South of England, they have a requirement for a BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join their team.

The successful Asbestos Surveyor will have a minimum of two years field experience with proven competence in undertaking Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys in domestic and commercial properties.

Asbestos Surveyor Duties:

Conducting Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys
Undertaking bulk sampling when required
Recording and uploading accurate data onto a handheld tablet
Collating data and generating comprehensive survey reports
Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with new and existing clients
Ensuring all work carried out is in line with HSG:264 Essential Requirements:

BOHS P402/RSPH3 certification with two years field experience
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Good IT skills & knowledge of TEAMS software
