Sales Support Administrator - £24k - Basingstoke
Our client is globally renowned as the market-leader in supplying IT Storage, Security and Networks Technology in to the American, British and European Sectors and now boasts a record turnover of £500m in the UK alone.
VACANCY - Sales Support Administrator
* Will be responsible for supporting the External sales team based around selling Managed Services in to Private Sector and Commercial accounts
* Managing the quote life cycle from source to close
* Assisting with all sales administration
* First point of contact for all customer services issues - quoting, pricing, queries, complaints etc.
* Internally based with client visits
* Attendance of trade shows and exhibitions
Requirements - To Apply
* 1-2 years experience working within a sales support or sales administration role for an IT Reseller, Distributor or Vendor
* Experience of working within a targeted and pressured sales environment
* Good understanding and knowledge of the IT Channel and preferably experience of working within Private or Public Sector accounts
* Team player
* Pro-active and self-sufficient
* Good organisation skills
* Strong telephone manner
