Key Duties for Registered Home Manager:

Currently a Registered Manager with CQC ideally in a Nursing Home or if not you have many years Registered Manager experience in care homes.
Ideally will have run "Good" CQC rated care homes
You must ideally be used to managing Clinical Nursing Teams or willing to do so.
Must have RMA 4 or NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care
Strong Leadership qualities.
Are you seeking a challenging opportunity with a reputable care provider.

Strong man management experience.
You must be organised, responsible, enthusiastic with leadership skills.
Sound experience of managing CQC Compliancy & Inspections.

About you as a Registered Home Manager:

You will have a strong personality, you will be people skilled, true motivator, with positive life outlook, leading by example, whilst encouraging, supporting and inspiring your colleagues towards delivering excellent standards of care as a result of team work. You do not need to be a Qualified Nurse for this role, but ideally if you have had some Management experience in a Nursing Home before, this is a distinct advantage.
