Job Description

Objectives

* To exceed your annual sales target through defending and growing the revenues from your allocated reseller partners. This is achieved by ensuring you deliver simply the industry''s highest level of partner support whilst helping them to see and realize the potential of upselling and cross-selling our broader portfolio of services to their end-user customers.

Responsibilities

* Achievement of an annual gross profit sales target, whilst keeping achievement on track on a monthly year to date target basis.

* Defend existing revenues through minimising churn.

* Ensure your resellers are contacted regularly as per our guidelines.

* Establish strong relationships with the larger accounts in your allocated reseller base.

* Cross-sell our entire portfolio of services into your designated accounts.

* Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to support the achievement of sales targets.

* Deliver against set sales targets, key business objectives and individual key performance indicators.

* Work closely with the field-based Sales Specialists and Solution Specialists.

* Create and deliver successful customer presentations and proposals.

* Identify new sales opportunities to maximise growth and revenue within your base of partners and associated territory or market segment.

* Train and up-skill partners to deliver maximum sales potential.

* Keep up to date of the marketplace/industry in which we operate.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

* Experience in communicating with customers via video & audio conferencing (MS Teams), telephone and email

* Excellent communication and listening skillsI

* IT literate

* Building customer relationships

* Well-organised

* Enjoy working within a target-driven environment

* Solid sales skills, including lead generation

* Excellent telephone manner

* Ability to communicate and generate business at all levels

* Tenacious

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
