Production Operator L3

Experienced production operators required for a permanent position within a heavy manufacturing company based in Durham.
MUST HAVE:
Experience in heavy manufacturing backgrounds
Experience with cross cutters and grader machinery
Experience in a fast paced environment
Experience in maintaining machinery and changing parts eg. blades for cutting machinery
Desirable:
Counterbalance licence
Duties:
Ensure blades are fitted correctly for the job
Ensure the machine is running at full potential and surface is kept clear
Ensure the product is delivered efficiently to maintain consistent flow of product
Turning product efficiantly to maximise productivity
Communicate with operators to ensure the correct number of product is produced
Shifts:
Week 1 - Mon-Thurs 06:00am - 15:00pm, Friday 06:00am 11:00am
Week 2 - Mon-Thurs 15:00pm - 24:00am, Friday 11:00am - 16:00pm
Rate:
£10 - £11 per hour
+ shift allowance per week
