Job Title: Appointment Booker/Customer Specialist
* Salary: £25,000 per annum
* Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire
* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday

SKILLS REQUIRED
* Previous experience in appointment setting, sales or lead generation is a must for this role
* You may have even dabbled in Marketing previously
* Personality wise you will be a ''people person'' who isn''t shy when talking to both new and existing customers
RESPONSIBILITIES
* You will be converting sales via Phone, email and webchat
* Speaking with new and existing customer''s, upselling and cross selling products
* Booking appointments for Sales Team to attend • Speaking with customer''s to resolve queries and answering questions they may have
