Customer Service Rep - Quotations

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Customer Service Specialist in Quotations.

You will take ownership of your own projects and quotations

Opportunities to get involved in customer visits and sales events

Support the sales function and have a direct impact on business profit

Learn and build commercial awareness and product knowledge

Handle customer complaints via email or over the phone and follow up as necessary

You must be a strong communicator, able to build rapport naturally across diverse teams in the business as well as external customers

Have strong time management and prioritisation skills

Work well under pressure and have high level of accuracy

Strong numerical skills plus good knowledge of Microsoft Office

You will have strong GCSE results, A levels or degree, or equivalent in demonstrable work experience
