Part time Customer Service Executive (up to 30 hours per week)
£21,000 - £22,000 pro rata per annum

Working in partnership with my client, we are currently looking to recruit a motivated and engaging part time Customer Service Executive to join their dedicated team in Melksham. Working within a friendly and very established customer service team, you will be responsible for reaching out to existing and lapsed customers, informing them of new product releases.
Responsibilities:
Liaise directly with customers via telephone and email
Processing customer orders over the phone
Data cleansing and updating the in-house database
Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers
General administrative duties Person Specification:
Previous customer service experience is essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional and engaging telephone manner
Confident liaising with people at all levels
Excellent attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Be able to provide a great level of serviceHours of work will be Monday to Thursday 22 - 30 hours per week (times to be agreed).
