Temporary Receptionist

£10.50 per hour
Valeco Recruitment are delighted to bring to market a temporary ongoing opportunity to join our client immediately in the heart of Edinburgh while they reopen their office after being home based the past year and a half.
This role is a full time role for around 3/4 days then will go to part time afternoons for the next 4 - 6 weeks, if you are seeking part time permanent work then our client will also consider you for this opportunity and going in on a temp basis is a great way for a foot in the door.
Based front of house your role will involve:
* Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors face to face
* Answering and dealing with telephone calls and enquiries
* Coordinating all mail, deliveries and liaising with couriers
* Responsible for room bookings including confirmations, lunches, teas and coffee etc
* Updating the internal database accurately
* Amending and formatting letter documents and assisting other departments when quiet.
For this role we are looking for you to have:
* Firstly have worked in a front of house role
* Exceptional communication skills and be able to deal with people at all levels
* The right attitude and attributes in providing exceptional service
* Good PC skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent references and the right to work in the UK is essential
