Digital Banking Fraud Investigation Agent

Essential Experience for this role:

Banking/Financial experience in a fraud environment
Banking Risk, AML, Chargebacks, Financial Crime, CIFAS, Identity Theft, Disputes - all great backgrounds to come from
Contact Centre Experience
Digitally savvy across different medians

Our client is a leading provider of traditional and digital financial services worldwide. We are working in partnership in sourcing experienced fraud case handlers to join the team and help to shape the future of secure banking for their customers.

Role Title - Fraud Customer Advisor

Start Date - Oct 2021

Salary - TBC at offer stage - very competitive

Hours - 12 week rotational pattern - 5 different shift scheduled

-earliest start - 0630

-latest finish - 2230

-Working 5 days over 7

-35 hours per week contract

Location - Office based - Edinburgh Park, South Gyle

Primarily based in the Edinburgh Park area, our client provide service to customers in shifts rotating between 6:30am and 10:30pm 365 days a year.

The correct individual for this role will:

Come from a financial service/banking/fraud or risk background (12 months min experience required)
Be intuitive and have the courage to act on your instinct
Have 100% positivity and energy
Have excellent communication skills
Be customer centric and passionate about supporting vulnerable customers
Be empathetic and a problem solver
