Multi site GP Practice Manager

Fillingz Agency is representing a forward-thinking General Medical Practice operating over three sites and serving over 20,000 patients in Berkshire.
They have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join their team. They are looking for a highly motivated, productive and proactive Practice Manager. Hours will be 37.5 Monday to Friday.
The practice is currently re-developing the management structure and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their role and recruit supporting roles as required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational leadership and oversight of all practice areas, from HR and recruitment to coordinating service improvement. As well as overseeing delivery of key financial targets across the full range of clinical and administrative areas.
A high degree of personal organisational skill is required, as well as a systematic approach to problem solving and pathway planning.
Working alongside the partners and management team you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the practice, demand management and the improvement of practice income as well as quality improvement.
Essential requirements include:
* Excellent communications skills
* CQC knowledge and implementation within the medical field
* Full strategic management and development of the practice
* Proven senior leadership experience
* High level IT literacy and analytical skill
* Previous primary care experience is valuable but not essential
