SEN Teaching Assistant

A SEN Teaching Assistants is needed in a lovely SEN school for Autistic pupils in Sunderland. We are looking for candidates with experience of working with children with complex needs/ASD/PMLD to work on a one to one basis or in small groups and flexibility to work across age groups is an advantage. The minumum requirement for this role is that you have at least a level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above. You must be proactive and be prepared to help with personal care of the learners.
You will have or be prepared to obtain an enhanced DBS check and we will need to carry out our vetting process via zoom interview. In addition, we will need to take up at least two references.
