Job Description
Our client is a multi-national global company with UK offices located in Victoria, London.
They are now seeking a Reward Analyst for a 12 month contract initially remote with 2 -3 days a week in their offices in a couple of months time. This contract is inside IR35.
Duties
* Responsible for understanding and providing insights on incentive plan performance to ensure incentive plans result in desired overall sales performance and drive the right behaviours.
* You will develop KPI and key risk indicators (KRI) to analyze and assess the effectiveness and compliance of Sales incentive plans.
* Provide insightful and useful Sales incentive analytics to deliver continuous improvement in incentive plan effectiveness
* Support Sales teams in proactively identifying potential sales incentive opportunities to drive efficiency and best practice
Experience
* 5 years Sales Operations/Sales Incentive experience
* Experience in risk and compliance management
* Experience creating and delivering complex incentive/financial modelling
* Experience with automated commission / Sales Performance Management (SPM) systems (e.g.Callidus )
* Knowledge of data visualization tools ( Excel, Google Sheets, Qlik and Tableau )
* Relevant Business or technical degree
