Job Description
My client are a very well established global trading company opening new offices in central London. They also have offices in Milan, China and Africa. There client are varied from high end fashion, food commodities, furniture, cosmetics and more. Trading for over 40 years they are a master in their field and as such are now growing a UK team. This role will be to work alongside the UK Director as an assistant.
The role will begin remotely and may include spending time in Milan within their head office for training. The role will be working 5 hours per day Monday to Friday and with flexibility. If desired the role could also become full time hours in the near future but this is not essential.
If you like to travel there will be opportunity to support with large exhibitions around Europe.
Please note salary is full time equivalent
Duties will be varied and grow with the business but will include:
Logistics organisation from Export to documentation, and very high customer service,
PowerPoint presentation
Identify market expansion
Support with exhibitions
Speaking with suppliers regarding service and quotes
Producing Invoices
Research
Some prior experience in export and logistics or trading companies is needed
Fluent French speaking
Ability and desire to look after and be involved as a support to the Director and be a key team player.
