Block Manager

Block Manager / Brighton / Circa £32k + Car Allowance

We are now keen to find an experienced Block Manager for our client based in Brighton.

As a specialist in the block management of residential properties along the Sussex coast, they are looking for an accomplished property professional to join their team. You will need to be able to work autonomously, have solid previous experience as a Block Manager, will need to be able to drive and have your own vehicle. This role will offer the flexibility to work partly from home.

Duties to include:

* Providing exceptional levels of service to clients

* Preparing and issuing service charge budgets

* Completing Section 20 Notices

* Liaising with internal accounts and utilising specialist property management software

* Attending AGMs

You will have a keen eye for detail and be used to dealing with prestige clients where service levels are paramount. It is expected that you will already have at least a couple of years'' experience within the industry, and the IRPM qualification is desirable.
