About the Role:

We are looking to recruit a Business Intelligence & Performance Officer with a particular focus on complaints on a temporary basis. This will be based in the Organisational Development & Improvement Service at the Civic Centre in Harrogate.

As a council we provide a range of services to 160,000 people across Harrogate district, striving to be ''One Council that is customer focussed, commercially driven and fit for the future''. Fundamental to this is ensuring that we listen to feedback and complaints from customers to learn where we can do better and continue to improve the services we deliver.

The role will involve performance management and data analysis of the Council''s complaints process. You will help gather more insights and ensure that information flows straight from the customer back to services which we can use to continuously improve performance and the quality of our responses. The post holder will also help co-ordinate the information for stage 2 responses, ensuring responses are accurate and timely.
