Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading business based in East Grinstead who are currently in search of a Exhibition Sales Consultant to join their team

Job Summary

The primary aim is to meet and exceed individual exhibition and digital event sales targets
The primary focus is to develop new business accounts through canvassing of leads generated, competitive monitoring and cold calling potential target prospects. Using consultative selling techniques to promote both exhibition and digital event opportunities including working collaboratively with other brand team members for content and sponsorship-led sales
To achieve sales targets by winning, retaining and growing new customers for the company portfolios

Achievement of personal sales targets
Building a high volume of new accounts
Developing and managing existing key accounts to retain clients
Exemplary sales administration and pipeline management through Salesforce CRM

Key Activities

Pro-actively selling to new and existing customers
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets, maximising new business opportunities
Build lasting and trusting partnerships with customers by using a consultative sales approach to deliver client solutions
Manage and upsell existing clients by introducing them to new opportunities and formats
Negotiation of commercially sound contracts for new and existing customers
Clearly and proactively communicate key deliverables for complex sales and ensure effective delivery by working with relevant team members
Work collaboratively with other members of the team to grow existing business and identify opportunities for wider brand revenue growth
Maintain a strong sales pipeline on Salesforce through effective relationship building, call management and lead generation
Deliver accurate and timely sales administration, keeping effective and up to date records on Salesforce
Meet company standards on sales as defined from time to time
Develop market sector and product knowledge to required standard
Keep up to date with the competition, attending competitive events when required
Other projects or tasks as necessary from time to time
The Company may request you to work in other areas of the business, whether on a permanent or temporary basis, which reasonably reflects your skill set, abilities and capacity

Market knowledge: aptitude to understand and develop excellent knowledge within the market
