Director of Capital & Technical Solutions

Insight Executive Group are delighted to have partnered with 2gether Support Solutions to source an inspiring Director of Capital & Technical Solutions, to lead change and manage a team spanning the organisations capital, operational estates and health and safety.

2gether Support Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary company of one of the largest NHS Foundation Trusts in the UK, who provide essential support services, from procurement and facilities management to catering and portering.

The role, based in Canterbury, Kent, is packaged with a competitive salary, and a fantastic opportunity to make your mark immediately with significant capital development projects - including the development of two new emergency departments in the year ahead.

Reporting to the Managing Director within this role, you will also make a significant contribution to the development and delivery of the company''s wider strategic objectives within the £40m capital programme.

As an established and highly effective leader, you will enjoy inspiring teams to agree long-term estates strategy targets and objectives, while monitoring results and ensuring that planned service levels are met, with a clear understanding of relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

To apply for this role, you will be able to demonstrate successes working in a similar role for a minimum of five years coupled with a strong background in engineering.

To apply for this role, you will be educated to degree level, with a masters or equivalent qualification, and you will have demonstrable experience within a similar capital development director role. You will also have a strong background in engineering and will hold a relevant chartered professional membership.
