Job Description
As the Divisional Director you will lead the division on a day-to-day basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved. Specifically, the Trust is looking for someone to support an improvement in performance during their tenure. This is a very hands on, visible operational role there you will be required to be onsite.
The interim will have a solid NHS operational background, having ideally worked at Divisional Director, Deputy COO or COO level previously. The role is a band 9 and ideally you will have a varied background having worked within several different specialties / divisions. Specific experience in specialist medicine, outpatients and ED is preferred. NHS, Acute Trust experience is essential.
Daily rate: Band 9
Duration: 3 months
IR35 - Inside
Start date: Early October
