Due to recent growth, Castle Education are looking for qualified SEN teaching assistants for work as Castle Education are working closely with AN SEN school in Scarborough that regularly require ongoing temporary workers.

Castle Education are looking for Special Educational Needs Teachers and Teaching Assistants who are enthusiastic, caring and who have a strong understanding and experience of working with pupils with a range of special educational and behaviour needs, including Autism, Social, Emotional and Medical Health needs (SEMH). To be considered for our outstanding pool of SEN Specialists we require:-

> Minimum Level 2 TA qualifications (NQT''s are welcome and encouraged to apply)
> Experience of working in an SEN setting, with school aged children
> Evidence of strong classroom management
> An innovative and creative approach to teaching and raising attainment
> A confident and positive approach to working with children with various special educational needs and of varying abilities.
> A current DBS on the update service or be willing to gain one through Castle Education.
