Remote Working - Six Month Contract - Project Administrator
An exciting opportunity exists for a project administrator has arisen on a fixed term contractor to join a market-leading Automotive PLC. You will support the effective administration of all elements of the transformation project through the organisation and coordination of all change activities including diary management and ensuring the distribution of required reports/presentations to key stakeholders to ensure the successful and timely delivery of the finance transformation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of skilled and experienced professionals and who are seeking to identify improvements and efficiencies while utilising new technologies and existing tools as the organisation takes on one of its biggest bodies of work.
Summary of Responsibilities
* Diarise all meetings and send out relevant information
* Provide information to administration support workstream reporting
* Be the key point of contact for stakeholders managing and coordinating diaries
* Assist with administration related to the projects.
Personal Attributes
* Experience working within a highly organised manner
* Excellent project administration skills; highly organised and self-driven
* Strong Excel, Word, and Powerpoint skills
* Collaborative working style; skilled in building strong two-relations across different time zones and cultures
