Job Description

About The Role

The Executive Assistant plays a critical communication role for the company, providing project work, administrative support, travel planning and coordination, analytical work, internal communication with management and client relations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
File and retrieve documents and reference materials
Meeting preparation, follow-up and minute taking.
Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
Travel planning and coordination
Coordinate meals and refreshments as needed
Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
Answer and manage incoming calls
Tracking of key management priorities
Receive and interact with incoming visitors
Interact with clients, board members and capital partners.
Coordinate project-based work
Coordinating and executing various integrated communication and management activities
Occasional travel required to other work locations

About You

Education and Experience

Bachelor''s degree and/or three years work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications strongly preferred (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
