SpecialEffect is an award-winning UK charity that exists to help severely physically disabled people to get more out of life by giving them access to video games and technology. Known as the gamers'' charity, gamers and gaming communities are at the heart of both our work and those who make that work possible - our amazing supporters.

What you''ll be doing:

You would join our busy, friendly administration team, involved with all areas of the charity and who are key to helping the charity function efficiently. You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, processing enquiries from service users and fundraisers, implementing and providing ongoing maintenance of all office policies, procedures and systems as well as supporting all areas of the charity with telephone calls, postage and packaging, documentation and external bookings.

What you''ll need:

Ideally, you will have a good knowledge of MS Office 365 products, database experience and very importantly good communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail. The full person specification can be found by selecting the apply button.
