As a Client Support Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:
Managing all daily admin tasks for the sales team including dealing with all customer queries
Updating the CRM and following up actions on appointments
Ensuring all delivery dates are met and customers are informed of any changes
Communicating with other departments such as transport, processing and accounts
Resolving any customer complaints
The successful Client Support Manager will have the below experience:
Proven background in customer service
Demonstratable communication skills via email and telephone
A ''''can do'' attitude and a willingness to learn
Working hours 8am-5.30pm (30 minute lunch break)
