Working as a Sales Support Administrator your duties will include:
Dealing with customer requests/queries via an inbox
Preparing and raising estimates on jobs and parts enquiries
Preparing bids, quotes and proposals
Book in and coordinate with transport collections/deliveries to and from site
Working hours: 8am-5.30pm (30 minute lunch break)
The successful Sales Support Administrator will have the below experience:
Proven background in customer service
Demonstratable communication skills via email and telephone
A ''''can do'' attitude and a willingness to learn
