Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a team Administrator to work in Oxford Warnford on a temporary agency contract in the NHS.
Full time Monday to Friday
Pay £14.00Ltd an hour paid weekly via an umbrella.
Description
Providing administration support to Psychological Therapies, which will include:
Taking calls from public/GP''s/Staff about appointments/Teams/online support or dealing with general enquiries in a professional manner. Ensuring messages are forward to the relevant clinician and they are added to the clinical record.
Answering the door, checking patient''s wellbeing, informing staff of attendance.
Arranging patient appointments and sending relevant documentation either by post or email.
Data entry of scores from patient groups into patient electronic database.
Printing of letters for patient.
Working from a generic email address, responding to emails, forwarding and ensuring they are copied to CareNotes.
Providing admin support to clinical staff including cancelling appointments and sending appointment confirmations.
Assisting to the office manager and senior management team with general admin tasks.
Essential skills:
Good telephone manner and be able to communicate verbally and in writing with patients, GP''s and all levels of staff.
Attention to detail, be able to input data accurately.
Administration experience.
